The Promoters Corner will provide up to date information and resources for race promoters and those interested in promoting a race.
Event promoters must provide a refundable date deposit for each race date (excluding weekday events) that they wish to promote during the year. In the event that the date deposit is not received by the specified deadline, that calendar date shall be considered available to other promoters should they wish to promote an event on that date. In the event that the date deposit is still not received by the 'pull date', the event will be removed from the TBRA race schedule and can only be added back to the schedule by paying the reinstatement fee. Weekday events do not require a date deposit.
Deadlines and Deposit Amounts
|Series||Due Date||Deposit Amount||Pull Date||Reinstatement Fee|
|Road, Mountain||January 1||$50||March 15||$25|
|Cyclocross||July 1||$50||August 1||$25|
Checks should be made payable to 'TBRA' and sent to the TBRA Treasurer.

Contains two exhibits: Payout Distribution Exhibit and Rider Payout Signature Exhibit. Also includes sample breakdowns for various purse levels and a payout label/envelope mail merge. USAC requires that the payout split for each paying position be documented prior to the start of the event.
