The 2018 TBRA mountain bike race calendar is out, and it includes some classic races and some brand new events.

Racers will be treated to some fantastic racing on some sweet trails, thanks to our outstanding race promoters.

The season starts with the Montgomery Bell Winter Time Trial Series on January 7--this three race series will challenge the best racers. The Chickasaw Trace Classic is back in Columbia for its 23rd year! This year, the Trail Builder Time Trial series is traveling to a variety of Nashville venues, including the Hope Park trail, that is currently under restoration. SERC racing will again be part of the TBRA series at the Enterprise South event in Chattanooga.

Moving into summer, White Lightning is back with its challenging course at Land Between the Lakes. The Aiyana XC mountain bike race in Kingsport is new to the TBRA calendar--named for one of the wolves from the area. Travel to the west side of the state in July and August for Hooked at Herbs and the Legend of Stanky Creek.

Three mainstays on the TBRA calendar will signal the season beginning to wind down: the Old Hickory Classic XC at Lock 4 in Gallatin and the Montgomery Bell TT and XC in White Bluff. Race to the Canal will end the season, where racers can earn marathon points in the TBRA series.

Mark your calendars, get your teammates to commit with you, and target your favorite races to earn points toward the Best Area Rider series. Happy Trails!
